Vintage μεταλλική ταμπακιέρα καπνού “Player’s No Name Tobacco”. Η “Player’s No Name” Tobacco ήταν μια μάρκα καπνού η οποία παραγόταν από την αγγλική καπνοβιομηχανική εταιρεία John Player & Sons, με έδρα το Νότιγχαμ και έτος ιδρύσεως το 1877, η οποία αργότερα έγινε υποκατάστημα της Imperial Tobacco Company. 

Στο εσωτερικό του κουτιού αναφέρονται τα εξής: “This tobacco was originally blended and manufactured by us, from an old recipe, for the sole use of a Director of The Imperial Tobacco Co. It has of late years quietly circulated amongst a large number of discriminating smokers. No name or publicity was given by us to this tobacco, but a …. was created entirely on the recommendation of … who themselves have styled it Player’s No Name Tobacco. Owing to continued and increasing applications for supplies the Proprietors have decided not only to make a more general supply but to accept the name given to this tobacco by many smokers. This tobacco may now be purchased from all leading tobacconists under the style of Player’s No Name Tobacco.”

Η ταμπακιέρα έχει διαστάσεις 11 x 8,5 x 3 cm και υπάρχει παρουσία σκουριάς λόγω παλαιότητας.
